A Prefeitura Municipal de Jaú realizará no próximo sábado a entrega da primeira obra usando os recursos subsidiados do Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida. No último sábado, outras 50 casas no Residencial Dona Emília foram entregues. Ontem, o Prefeito Municipal e o Secretário de Habitação estiveram presentes no sorteio de localização de 245 unidades residenciais no Jardim Bela Vista.
Uma parceria da Prefeitura Municipal através da Secretaria de Habitação, da Caixa Econômica Federal e da Construtora Marimbondo realizou em abril deste ano em Jaú as primeiras inscrições do Brasil no Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida. Em apenas 8 meses as 50 primeiras casas serão entregues no Residencial Dona Emília no próximo sábado.
No último sábado, foram entregues outras 50 casas também no Residencial Dona Emília, essas subsidiadas pelo programa Carta de Crédito Associativo. No total, até o próximo sábado, serão 100 novas famílias contempladas com casas de dois quartos, sala, cozinha, banheiro e área de Serviço.
Na noite de ontem, cerca de 500 pessoas estiveram no sorteio da localização de 245 Casas que serão construídas em terrenos 10mx20m. Até o final de 2009 está previsto a assinatura dos contratos e a previsão de entrega das casas é para agosto de 2010.
Vale lembrar que as inscrições pra essas casas já haviam sido feitas antes do lançamento do programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida. O "pacotão" das casas sai ano que vem, aqui em Jaú.
Pessoal quero alertar sobre o ensino de idioma na Wizard de Jaú,os "professores" se assim podem se chamar são alunos da mesma,despreparadissimos na maioria dos casos,por ter uma ideia não sabem traduzir uma pagina de jornal,são todos jovenzinhos submetido a uma empresa que tem como unico objetivo ganhar agradando e não realmente ensinando,o aluno se ilude de estar aprendendo mas o metodo alem de ser carissimo é na substancia um livrinho istupido rechiado de erros gigantescos.
